Do you ship internationally?

We ship to most countries worldwide (241 countries). Orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges, which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by The Peach Body.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from international carrier to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays once the package has exited our warehouse.

Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.

How can I check the status of my order?

Please refer to your shipping confirmation email to track your order. Or you can check your order status at: https://www.aramex.com/us/en

Do I have to set up an account to place an order?

No. You do not have to have an account to place an order.

I have not received an order confirmation, what should I do?

Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 48 hours to receive due to high demand. If you have not received your order confirmation email after 48 hours, please contact us at support@thepeachbody.com with your inquiry.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept online payments through Visa, Mastercard, American Express, AfterPay and Paypal.

My items arrived damaged, what should I do?

Please contact us immediately at support@thepeachbody.com.  Please provide us with your order number and some photos of the damage product/s.

I have not received a confirmation email, what should I do?

Firstly, please check your junk mail. If still not received please check the email address that you entered at checkout is correct and send us an email at support@thepeachbody.com with your full name.

I received incorrect item/s what should I do?

Please contact support@thepeachbody.com as soon as possible so that we can take care of this for you. Please provide us with your order number along with a photo of the incorrect item you received.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email when your order has been processed, this will include the tracking details of your order. All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 5 business days. In peak periods please allow for up to 8 business days for dispatch. All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays.

Can I cancel my order?

We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible so unfortunately cancellation requests cannot be considered. Please take extra care when selecting your items.

How long will my order take to arrive?

All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 5 business days. In peak periods please allow for up to 8 business days for dispatch. All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays.

Your order should be received within 7 - 10 business days of placing your order, however this will depend on your location. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches and restocks, this time may vary.

You will receive your tracking details which will allow you to follow your order’s delivery status.

The Peach Body is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited our warehouse.

Why has my payment been declined?

We’re not able to specify why card payments are declined as the payment process involves both our systems and your bank. In the first instance you should double check you’ve entered all the details correctly, that you are using a card which has not expired, and that your billing address has been entered at checkout exactly as it appears on your bank statement.

If your billing address is incorrect it will cause your payment to fail – this is a security measure banks put in place to protect your security. If all else fails then please try an alternative card for payment - we accept all major credit and debit cards.

Can I exchange my item?

We apologize but we currently do not offer exchanges, all sales are final.

Can I return my item?

We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final. Please note, The Peach Body reserves the right to refuse all returns, reshipments and refunds.

In the unlikely event that a product arrived damage, the customer must contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt. Customer must include photos of the issue and a screenshot of your order confirmation email.

What currency will I pay in?

All prices are quoted in USD, your issuing bank will be responsible for the conversion to your local currency.

What's your return policy?

We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final. Please note, The Peach Body reserves the right to refuse all returns, reshipments and refunds.

My package is stuck and tracking shows no movement, what do I do?

For all orders, package can only be considered lost if there has been no movement for 10 business days from the day it was shipped.  Please send an email to support@thepeachbody.com if your shipment shows no movement from the carrier's tracking information.

I put the wrong address on my order, please help!

Please be careful when entering your shipping address, The Peach Body will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.

How can I place an order online?

When browsing on The Peach Body website, by adding the product to your basket, you will be asked whether you want to continue shopping, or proceed to the checkout. You can add more than one product to your basket at any time. When you are ready to checkout, follow the checkout process. 

What age do I need to be to use the products?

If you are under the age of 18 we recommend getting parental consent before purchasing The Peach Body product online.

What is the expiry date for my scrub?

We recommend using scrub within 24 months of opening them. Ideally, it’s best to store your product in a cool dry place, out of direct sunlight during this time, in your bathroom drawer or cupboard is perfect.

Can I pay Cash on Delivery?

All orders must be purchased through our website and paid at the time of check out.

When is The Peach Body’s team online ?

Does The Peach Body test on animals?

The Peach Body does not test on animals.

Does The Peach Baby use natural ingredients?

The Peach Body likes to keep things simple and natural. That’s why we source the best natural ingredients to make our products. No  chemicals, no fillers, no parabens.

Are The Peach Body products vegan/gluten free?

Yes

Can I use the products while pregnant or breastfeeding?

We’ve had great feedback from baby mummas everywhere who have used the peach body products throughout their pregnancy and after birth.

If you are unsure, we recommend consulting your doctor, but have had no reports of any adverse effects from the caffeine content as its working primarily on the top layers of skin and not being absorbed.

Can I use The Peach Body product on sunburn?

If you do happen to get a little sunburnt and your skin is looking red, don’t scrub. This will just make the soreness worse. Instead, wait till the redness has calmed down.

How do I unsubscribe from emails?

In the footer of every email there’s an unsubscribe button. Click through there and confirm you would like to unsubscribe. We’ll miss you.

How do I store my The Peach Body products?

We suggest storing it in a cool, dry place. If your scrub gets a little wet, it will dry after you’ve finished showering. Try not to get too much water inside the bag, and reseal the zip when you’re done scrubbing.

If you’d prefer to keep your The Peach Body scrub in a tupperware container or fancy mason jar, feel free, but know that you don’t have to.

How often should I use my scrub?

We recommend to use our scrub once a week, to keep your skin feeling soft and supple. For best results from our scrub, we suggest scrubbing 2-3 times per week, ongoing.

Can I use scrub on my tattoo?

The Peach Body doesn’t recommend using his scrubs on a freshly inked body.You should wait until the area has healed completely before scrubbing.

What is the shelf life of The Peach Body scrub?

All our products have a shelf life of 12 months opened and 24 months unopened. Just remember to keep them stored in a cool, dry place.
